Instructions:

Bus Timings

• Online Registration closes on 5/12/2021 at 5.00 PM. Only those registered online will be allowed to attend the convocation. No spot registration is allowed.
• The COVID SOP will be strictly followed as per Tamilnadu Government norms. It is mandatory for all the graduands receiving the degree and accompanying persons to get atleast one dose of covid vaccination. Vaccination certificate need to be uploaded at the time of registration.
• Students from the state of Kerala should also produce COVID negative certificate(RAT/PCR) for attending the convocation function. COVID tests prescribed by the government should be taken 72 hrs before the convocation day.
• Only graduates are allowed inside the convocation Hall. Parents shall be seated in the seminar halls alloted where the convocation will be telecasted LIVE.
• Mobile phones must be strictly in switch OFF mode inside the convocation hall.
• Graduands are requested to report to the department registration counters for confirmation at between 08.00 AM to 09.00 AM.
• No Students will be allowed after 09.00 AM.
• Live telecast of the convocation will be streamlined over Youtube.
